Shade Ladipo apologizes to Tiwa Savage, admitting she was wrong for her past comments following the singer’s leaked private tape.

Taking to Instagram, the Nigerian media personality reflected on the incident, confessing that her initial reaction was unfair.

“I was one of the people who blasted Tiwa Savage when that s3x tape came out. I blamed her.

I was like, how can you be over 40 and still messing around with people like this? In hindsight, I wonder why I was blaming her so hard for something that happened to her,” Ladipo said.

She acknowledged that Tiwa was a victim in the situation and should never have been blamed. “I felt her pain. And I just want to say to you, I love you. I’m sorry!” she added.

The apology comes years after the 2021 tape incident, which sparked heated debate across social media and drew both sympathy and criticism for Tiwa Savage.
