The video shows Nikita interacting with fans and posing for photographs when the unidentified woman unexpectedly kissed her. Nikita appeared uncomfortable and immediately tried to push the fan away.

Reacting to the footage, Martins described the incident as sexual abuse and questioned the suggestion that such conduct could be excused as an expression of admiration.

“This is s3xual abuse!! If I were the Bollywood actress, I would press charges!!” Martins wrote.

The actress also made clear that being a celebrity does not mean a person loses the right to control who touches or kisses them.

“I don’t tolerate nonsense in public! What sort of stupīd fan love is that?” she added.

Martins’ reaction has drawn attention to the boundaries between celebrities and fans, particularly at public appearances where performers and actors regularly interact with large crowds.

The viral footage also highlights the importance of consent during fan encounters. A public figure agreeing to photographs or conversation does not automatically amount to consent to physical contact.

Although the identities of the fan and the circumstances surrounding the event were not established in the available account, Nikita’s immediate reaction in the footage has prompted discussion about unwanted physical contact and personal boundaries.
