Nollywood actress and filmmaker Toyin Abraham has reached a major career milestone as her film Oversabi Aunty grossed over ₦850 million at the Nigerian box office.

The achievement, confirmed on Monday by FilmOne, the movie’s distributor, marks the highest-grossing title ever produced by Toyin Abraham Productions.

The film also represents Abraham’s directorial debut, highlighting a decisive step in her evolution as a filmmaker.

FilmOne credited the success to strong audience support and sustained word-of-mouth promotion across cinemas.

The distributor also noted that Oversabi Aunty ranks among the two highest-grossing Nigerian films released in 2025.

Reacting to the milestone, Toyin Abraham expressed gratitude to fans and supporters, describing the achievement as “overwhelming.”

She acknowledged her fan base, known as Toyintitans, for their unwavering loyalty throughout the film’s cinema run.
