Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing has faced mixed reactions from social media users following her public announcement that she has ended her relationship with her boyfriend, Xxssive.

The actress revealed in an Instagram story that the relationship ended last year. Despite the split, she stated that there is no animosity between them and celebrated her return to singlehood by joining other single women in exclaiming, “God when?”

In a video post, Nkechi further announced her decision to keep her future relationships off social media, citing her past experience as a lesson in maintaining privacy.

However, her announcement did not sit well with many online users, who accused her of seeking attention.

“Nkechi just dey grow old come dey reduce for sense,” one user, @i_am_sa_m, commented.

While some criticized her, others offered a more sympathetic view, with @ezinnediary stating, “We listen, we don’t judge,” and @her_majestynessa adding, “I hope she keeps her relationship private this time.”

Nkechi Blessing began dating social media personality Eseoghene Obire, known as Xxssive, in 2021, following her breakup with Ekiti State politician Opeyemi Falegan.

Although their relationship was marked by breakup rumors last year, the couple dispelled the speculation when Xxssive surprised her at a beauty launch event.

At the time, Nkechi responded to critics by sharing a video with Xxssive, stating that she would only show the public what she wanted them to see.
