Funke Akindele JJC Skillz reunite for a family holiday in Paris, where the former couple spent time with their twin sons

Nigerian actress Funke Akindele and her former husband, Abdulrasheed Bello, popularly known as JJC Skillz, were together with their twin sons in Paris, France, on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, as the former couple enjoyed a family holiday and shared moments from their time in the French capital.

JJC Skillz posted videos of the family outing on Snapchat, giving followers a glimpse into the former couple’s time together with their children.

He captioned one of the videos simply, “Family time.”

The footage showed JJC Skillz and Akindele exploring parts of Paris with their sons, presenting a notably relaxed picture of the family despite the couple no longer being married.

In another light-hearted moment, JJC Skillz addressed Akindele as “Mama Ibeji” and asked, “Are we playing games?”

The actress responded warmly, “Yes, ooo.”

Akindele also shared a clip showing herself, JJC Skillz and their children at a PlayStation section, adding a playful touch to the family’s outing.

The Paris holiday has attracted attention largely because of the former couple’s decision to spend time together as a family following their separation.

Akindele and JJC Skillz married in 2016 and welcomed twin boys, although their marriage later ended amid public difficulties.

The couple announced their separation in 2022, with JJC Skillz subsequently confirming that they had gone their separate ways.

Despite the end of their marriage, the former couple have continued to share parental responsibilities for their children.
