The actress took to social media to release a video response after several netizens expressed worry that her neck size could indicate an underlying medical condition such as goiter or thyroid issues.

In the candid clip, Etinosa explained that her neck is simply part of her body structure, influenced by her family genetics and her well-known love for food. She emphasised that the trait runs in her family and should not be mistaken for illness.

“I just want to tell you people that my neck is fat, as you can see. I like food a lot, I really do like food. I am not a goiter case, and it is not thyroid,” she said. “Don’t project your future sickness on me. I am not sick.”

The actress expressed clear frustration at what she described as a unhealthy obsession with celebrities’ well-being. She criticised the tendency of some fans to eagerly anticipate bad news about public figures.

“You people like hearing about sickness in popular people, but that is wicked and evil. Stay away from me. I do not have any sickness in my neck, and by the grace of God, anyone who wishes me that kind of sickness will go back to sender,” she added.

Etinosa further reassured her followers by revealing that the same neck feature is shared by her mother, daughter, and several other women in her family. “This is how my mother’s neck is, and this is how we are in my family… We all carry it well,” she said.

The video has sparked mixed reactions online, with many fans praising her for addressing the rumours directly and defending her body confidently, while others continue to express concern.
