Celebrity couple invite the public to their August celebration and unveil Aso Ebi prices for guests

Baba Ijesha and Luminee have announced plans to hold their son’s naming ceremony on 27 August 2026, extending an open invitation to supporters and well-wishers while revealing the prices of the event’s Aso Ebi.

The Nigerian couple shared the announcement on Instagram, where they unveiled a promotional flyer containing details of the celebration. The flyer lists the Aso Ebi at ₦250,000 for men and ₦350,000 for women.

In the post, the couple described the event as a “royal celebration” in honour of their son, King Kagar Omiyinka, and said the occasion would also celebrate their journey together as a family.

“Please access this post as an invitation. Is it possible to invite everyone individually? No,” the couple wrote.

“We’re going to share our love story journey. You’re cordially invited to our son’s naming ceremony on the 27th of August 2026. Celebrate with us.”

As a special gesture to supporters living outside Nigeria, Baba Ijesha and Luminee said arrangements had been made to ship the Aso Ebi from Lagos to buyers abroad who wish to attend or participate in the celebration.

Naming ceremonies remain an important cultural tradition across many Nigerian communities, often bringing together family, friends and well-wishers to celebrate the arrival of a child.

In recent years, several public figures have transformed such occasions into high-profile social events, with customised Aso Ebi becoming a prominent feature.
